President Don introduced new members Gary Anderson, Rick Johnson and Bill Niswonger

OLD BUSINESS

1. Sign-up sheet for Head Ushers for December was passed around.

2. Sign-up sheet for cooks and servers for December was passed around.

3. Sign-up sheet for people to help with kitchen cleaning on December 15^th was passed around.

NEW BUSINESS

1. M/S/P to elect the following officers for next year who will begin their term in January:

            Tim Gilsrud – co-chairman

            Ivan Paulsen – co-chairman

            Monte Lienau – treasurer

            Al Sanford – secretary

2. Don Harris discussed the need for fund for the Women of Hope to purchase items for Food Boxes.

M/S/P to donate $1,500 to the Women of Hope for this.

3. Don Harris explained that repairs need to be done at the Food Shelf subject to the landlord’s approval.

M/S/P to donate up to $500 to purchase materials for repairs at the Food Shelf.

4. Jerry Wolfe is in charge of putting up the Christmas Tree and lights.  Anyone who can help let Jerry know.  It needs to be done by December 6.

Ann Nolan gave a very interesting and informative presentation on the May Creek Memory Care Cottages being constructed next door, following by a tour of the cottages.
